Experience
Holly is an attorney in the firm's Corporate and Employee Benefits practices. Holly counsels clients on business succession planning, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and ESOP transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and a broad range of employee benefits issues, including issues involving qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, executive compensation plans, ERISA fiduciary duties and prohibited transactions, and health and welfare plans.Holly received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law where she was a Merit Scholar and managing editor of the Moorad Sports Law Journal. At Villanova, Holly received the outstanding staff writer award for her publications through the University of Tennessee College of Law, the Moorad Sports Law Journal, and Harvard Law School’s Petrie-Flom Center. Additionally, she received a Walter Lucas Public Interest Fellowship for her clerkship at the DOJ prior to her third year, and spent a semester her third year as a law clerk at the EPA.Previously, Holly was a Director of Litigation and Disputes for a large management consulting firm in DC. Prior to law school, she was a Legal Assistant at a real estate and commercial lending firm in Boston. She received her B.A. from Wellesley College, where she was a member of the varsity rowing team, a student athlete advisory committee representative, and a coach for the dorm and class crew intermural programs.
